Service Workflow

From initial design to final delivery, our standardized project management ensures every milestone is clear and under control.

Mold Manufacture Workflow

01. Inquiry & Quotation

Your Action: Provide 3D/2D drawings (STP, X_T, DWG) or physical samples, specifying material and volume requirements.
Our Work: Feasibility review and detailed quotation provided within 24-48 hours.

02. Engineering & DFM

Key Step: Upon order confirmation, we perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and Moldflow analysis before cutting any steel.
Deliverables: Optimization report (identifying wall thickness, undercut, or gating issues) and final mold design approval.

03. Precision Manufacturing

Process: CNC, EDM, and Wire-Cutting begin. The Wanlong project manager tracks progress daily.
Sync: A Weekly Report with photos and timelines is sent every Friday, keeping you fully informed.

04. In-House T1 Trial & Validation

In-House Validation: Leveraging our own fleet of injection machines, we validate complex processes—In-Mold Coating, Chemical Foaming, Bi-/Tri-Color—directly in-house. No outsourcing ensures trial data aligns perfectly with mass production.
  Data Delivery:
We ship T1 samples with a full CMM dimensional report, molding process parameter sheets, and trial videos.

05. Tooling Transfer & Mass Production Initiation

Tool Export: If purchasing molds only, we arrange protective packaging and sea/air shipment upon your request.
  Mass Production:
If you opt for production at Wanlong, we initiate a dedicated Injection Molding Workflow, strictly executing your specific packaging standards and assembly requirements.

Injection Molding Workflow

From raw material intake to final shipment, we execute strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure quality consistency across every batch.

01. Planning & IQC

Production Scheduling: PMC department locks machine capacity based on your Purchase Order (PO) and delivery dates.
IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Inspection of resin, colorants, and inserts; dehumidifying and drying strictly according to material property sheets.

02. Precision Molding & IPQC

Process Locking: Loading the approved "Standard Molding Process Card" to ensure production parameters match the validated trial run.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Patrol inspections every 2 hours monitoring dimensions, aesthetics, and flash, preventing defects from passing to the next stage.

03. Secondary Operations (Value-Added Services)

Surface Finishing: Painting, silk-screening, pad printing, hot stamping, or laser etching handled in-house or with certified partners.

04. Assembly & Custom Packaging

Assembly Line: Sub-assembly or final assembly conducted in workshop.
Strict Packaging: Rigorous execution of client-specified packaging solutions (e.g., blister trays, ESD bags, cardboard dividers) to ensure transport safety and unboxing experience.

05. OQC & Global Logistics

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final random inspection based on AQL standards, with inspection reports issued.
Global Logistics: Assistance with customs clearance and booking; supporting FOB, CIF, DDP terms for direct delivery to your designated global warehouse.
