01. Lightweighting & Chemical Foaming

02. Advanced Surface Engineering

  ColorForm (In-Mold Coating): Integrates injection molding and painting into a single cycle. Utilizes Polyurethane (PUR) to create high-gloss, self-healing surfaces without secondary spraying, ensuring eco-friendly production.
  Skin Injection Molding: Achieves monolithic molding of flexible skins (TPE, fabric) with rigid substrates. The glue-free bonding eliminates bubbling and wrinkling, delivering an exquisite tactile experience.

03. Complex Structure & In-Mold Compression

  Tech Highlights: Utilizes In-Mold Compression for large curved parts and ultra-thin components (e.g., panoramic sunroofs, optical lenses), precisely compensating for shrinkage via controlled compression gaps.
  Application Benefits: Significantly lowers birefringence compared to traditional molding, achieving minimal internal stress and micron-level precision, ideal for optical-grade products.

04. High-Performance Material Application

  High-Temperature Molding: Extensive expertise in processing specialty polymers like PSU, PPSU, and PEEK. Our molds withstand processing temperatures of 400°C+, serving extreme environments in green energy (hydrogen) and medical sterilization.
