The tool produces a high-end gray phone case that achieves a finished, multi-textured surface directly within the molding cycle. A key technical highlight is the simultaneous application of dual-tone gray textures (light and dark), which are chemically bonded to the PUR substrate via IMC, eliminating any need for post-process painting. Our engineering focus ensured precise coating thickness control and a sharp, bleed-free interface between the varying textures. This mold serves as a benchmark for one-step sustainable manufacturing, delivering a premium soft-touch tactile experience combined with superior scratch and chemical resistance for the next generation of mobile devices.
