Introduction
This high-precision injection mold is designed for the simultaneous production of left and right interior decorative trim strips. To meet the "Class-A" surface requirements of premium vehicle cabins, the tool utilizes RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding) technology. This process maintains a high cavity temperature during the filling phase to completely suppress weld lines and flow marks, resulting in a deep, paint-free piano black finish. A primary engineering focus is ensuring the gloss consistency and dimensional symmetry between the L+R components; our design utilizes a balanced hot runner system and precision-mapped cooling channels to guarantee that both parts exhibit identical optical depth. The use of PC+ABS or PMMA/ABS ensures excellent scratch resistance and UV stability, providing a high-end, durable aesthetic for dashboard or door panel accents.
