The primary technical hurdle involves achieving a flawless high-gloss finish using ABS-GF10, as glass fiber reinforcements typically compromise surface smoothness. To resolve this, our tooling integrates RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding) technology, which maintains high cavity temperatures during the fill phase to eliminate fiber floating and weld lines. The resulting housing offers the high elastic modulus required for ultra-slim bezel designs while providing a mirror-like, paint-free surface directly from the tool. Optimized for 1400T production, this mold ensures consistent wall thickness and minimal thermal warpage across the expansive frame geometry.
