A key technical focus of this mold is the integration of recessed mounting zones for silver decorative trim inserts, requiring micron-level precision to ensure a seamless flush fit during final assembly. Our engineering approach addresses the challenge of potential sink marks beneath the raised embossed patterns by optimizing internal rib structures and cooling balance. Through RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding), we deliver a weld-line-free exterior surface that highlights the contrast between the glossy black body and the subsequent metallic accents.
